As long as you are doing all side quests and speak with all machines found in Pascal’s village during any route, you should earn the 80% achievement without issues. It is worth noting that 95% unit data is required for a side quest and provides materials needed for upgrading weapons. This side quest is called Reconnaissance Squad.
