This achievement can be obtained as A2. Holding down both 
and will cause A2 to enter berserk mode, where her health constantly decreases but her damage output is significantly increased. Be careful though, as A2 will become stunned and very vulnerable to death once her health reaches 1. I recommend carrying a few healing items around while you work on this, and save often. I died several times trying to get this and progress is not saved should you falter. As with most achievements, this can be bought in the achievement shop for 50,000 G after completing the game.
