You can do this fairly easily on the first playthrough (set to Easy). If you're playing on Normal and you want to get it on the first playthrough just save before the fight, set to Easy, then use the Phoenix Spear from Facade and spam melee Dark Lance or however you like. Skip all cutscenes (though I don't think there were any here). I got this under 30 seconds, after you get the achievement just reload previous save/set back to Normal.

If you miss it first time around I got it easily on the B story normal difficulty, since you're a much higher level by then.
