While 1 1/2 minutes probably doesn't feel like a lot of time, this book will give you very little trouble. There's a chance you can get this as you go for Ending A or Ending B simply because it's so weak. You'll go up against Grimoire Noir right before you fight Shadowlord. It has two main attacks and you'll basically be burning it down with Dark Lance and Dark Blast. To start, GN will spawn dark pages around itself that will act as a shield. If you don't destroy them quick enough, they'll fly out into the room and shoot orbs at you. When you can, just attack the heck out of the book and it'll eventually surround itself with a yellow orb and zoom across the room. Chase it around and when it stops, attack the yellow orb to break it so you can continue hitting the book. 

Repeat this process and GN should go down pretty quick. Don't forget to skip any cutscenes and if you've defeated him within the required time limit, the trophy will unlock.
