How to unlock the Boss of the Junk Heap achievement in NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... - Definitive Guide
Directly before the boss, where you drop down to the stage, is a save point. So you can reload, if you don't get the achievement. On my first try, i missed. Second try, i used in the first phase a physical booster and in the second phase a magical booster. I was at level 24, i think. With the boost it should be no problem at all.

Noticed nothing glitched. You have to consider, that the cutscenes don't stop the timer. So its best to skip them.

It's recommended you wait to do this trophy until you're working on Endings C or D, or wait until after you've completed Ending E since you'll get a super OP weapon from that run.
When you have to return to the Junk Heap, one of the brother's you met in Part One will tell you about an unfortunate adventure he and his brother went on, then offer you a fancy new weapon to use that needs a bit of repairing. After collecting the materials needed to repair the weapon, he'll ask you to go and take on P-33. Make your way back through floor B2 until you reach a large hole in the ground. When you jump down into it, the fight will start. There is a weapon required for Weapons Collector just to the left of this hole, so be sure to grab it if you haven't already.
If you're going for this while working towards Ending C or D, he'll go down incredibly fast. If you have Dark Blast equipped, you can just hold down the button you assigned for that spell and melee him while it's going. He'll periodically raise a foot up and stomp it down, sending out and electrical current that you'll need to dodge. If you stay too close to him, he'll also turn the ground around him into a pool of electricity, so just be mindful of this. When he reaches about 50% HP, he'll fly up in the air and seemingly through the ceiling. Debris will start to fall from above you, so watch for the shadows of the chunks and move out of the accordingly. When he comes back down, continue hammering into him. He'll fly up into the ceiling one more time ebfore you'll be able to finish him off, so dodge the falling debris when required.
As with the other bosses, any cutscenes that play during the fight count towards the timer, so be sure to skip them as they appear and don't hesitate to use your strength and magic potions to give your attacks a bit more oomph. When you've taken him down and if it was in the required time limit, the trophy will unlock.

The boss from the Junk Heap location appears in the second half of the game. On the second playthrough, it’s easy to kill in 4.5 minutes, the main thing is to skip cutscenes, which also count towards the timer.

On my first playthrough I got a spear that was lying on the left in the box from the pit to the boss
