I just did ending E and missed this. Can I get ending D again on my recovered save and use that to get Ending E again?

Yes. After Ending E the game gives you back your save file you had right before Ending D.

this achievement you will be able to get it as soon you are able to play with Kane, just a tilt down the camera down under her panties :/(square Enix is fucked up I know) when you leave the camera for around 5 second Kane will kick it. do this 10 times till you get a game over then it will unlock.

This achievement can only be done during the Ending E path. You will need to position the camera so you are looking up Kaine’s skirt ten times in a row... perv.

If you've caught up with pre-release NieR Replicant news, you may have come across a few articles referencing a scandalous trophy/achievement requiring you to do some dirty pervy things. This is that trophy. You'll need to go for this trophy as you make your way through Ending E. It can only be earned as you play Kainé and must be earned before you complete the ending. If you get to the final decision and have not earned it, choose "No" when asked if you want to recover the person you cherish and you'll load back in at your most recent save on that file. This may require you to do quite a bit of backtracking, but it beats having to complete Ending D again just to get back to this point.
Now, the dirty pervy part. Everyone's favourite. As you're playing Kainé, you'll need to spin the camera around so it looks up the front of her nightie so you're looking right up at her undies. I mean, I did say it was pervy. If done properly, Kainé will give you a sly remark and then kick you, the camera, right in the kisser and away from her hoo-hah. Exactly what you deserve! You'll need to do this a total of 10 times before she gets fed up with your creepy antics and murders you. When you get the game over/continue screen, the trophy will unlock.
The camera angle will be your biggest obstacle with this trophy as angling it to look up where you shouldn't be looking is hindered by the "off the shoulder" camera positioning and a mini-map that has never gotten in the way so much until now. You really need to angle it pretty much spot on. Your best bet is to get Kainé up on a high spot, then look under from below. There's actually a really good pedestal you can do this on in case you're having trouble getting it while flat on the ground:
This will put her up high enough to easily allow you to bob for her bits the 10 times required for the trophy. Enjoy your new trophy, creep.
