How to unlock the Lightspeed Fighter achievement in NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... - Definitive Guide
There are two good ways to unlock this achievement:
-Get every ending. Continue the fresh save you made to reach ending E after completing ending E. Don't overwrite this new save when you restore your ending D save/delete your Kainé save. Put the restored save in a different slot. You will still get the achievement using this method - I did so myself. The save being used to prompt ending E doesn't disqualify the save from the speedrun achievement. This gets you through most of kid Nier without needing to make an entirely new save just for this achievement.
-Speedrun your first playthrough. If you plan carefully, you can pick up the other missables along the way. Sprinting between red Xs until the end will be about a 6-7 hour completion, so you have 8-9 hours of leeway.
I'd recommend the first method, for the sake of experiencing the game properly. Either way, a few tricks.
Download the 4 YoRHa free DLC for access to better kid Nier weapons. Either of the swords from the DLC provide a 50% damage boost from the get-go.
Once you're grown up Nier, immediately visit Facade, sell every raw material you've got, and purchase the Phoenix Spear for 37,400 G. It is arguably the best weapon in the game and will carry you to the end without any upgrades.
An easy source of gold is wolf hides and fangs, in the desert as kid Nier (they appear late for grown up Nier). Hides sell for 1,000 G, fangs for 320 G. It's worth killing and harvesting some when in the desert to make sure you have enough gold for the Phoenix Spear.
Skip cutscenes to save time.
Play on easy difficulty. Combat will stay relatively simple even if you're sprinting between story objectives without any grinding or other leveling. You can access difficulty settings from the home screen options menu.
The achievement unlocks once the credits for ending A are finished, and you leave the clear save data screen.

After ending D, your save game is temporarily deleted. You need to make a fresh save, with a new name, and play the game from scratch up to the 2nd major story encounter in the Aerie to start playing as Kaine/work towards ending E. The fresh save you made will become unavailable until you reach ending E. Finishing the game as Kaine and getting ending E reverts your save games back to Nier, and allows you to restore the ending D save you deleted. The fresh save you made to reach Kaine is still there, as long as you don't delete it by using the same save slot to restore your ending D save. You don't need to worry about which slot you use for your fresh ending E activation save - the game lets you pick which slot to put your restored ending D save in. Continuing the fresh save that you created for getting to ending E works for getting the achievement, with progress already made up to the 2nd major Aerie part of the main story. Counting the roughly hour and a half to 2 hours it'll take to get to where you play as Kaine, you can sprint through the game in about 6 hours total yeah.

Could you explain a little bit more in detail your first method? So, get ending E and resume playing with the save you get afterwards? How long would it take that? 6 -7h too?

*MISSABLE*
This achievement is unlocked by beating the game from start to finish (Ending A) in under 15 hours. That sounds quick, but if you focus on only the main story missions and skip all cutscenes, it can easily be done in ~8 hours. Even if you watch all the cutscenes, you'll still only hit ~12 hours. Make sure you don't do too many side-quests or grinding for levels/equipment though. Play on Easy and turn on the Auto Battle system to help as well.

If you're following the Walkthrough outlined in the Roadmap above, this won't be nearly as terrible as it might otherwise sound. If you've played the original NieR, this will also be much easier for you to complete. If this is your first time playing the game, do not do this on your first run.
Cutscenes, idling on the save screen, being present at any point inside the game, etc, all move the clock forward for this trophy. For that reason, you want to make sure you do this when you know where you're doing. Skip all of the cutscenes that appear and go only for the story-related quests marked by the red "X" on the mini-map. You can easily get Part One done in 8 hours or less this way, leaving ample time to finish Part Two. If you're skipping everything under the sun in Part Two as well, you can finish the game in roughly 10 hours, well under the 15 hour limit.
Utilize the multiple save slots and save often. If you feel you've taken a tad too long in any one particular spot (or if you're like me and just get lost constantly every time you turn a corner), then reloading and retrying is the way to go here. If you don't want to do a completely separate run for this, you can actually set it up pretty decently from your first run. In Part One, you don't have to skip any of the cutscenes and just need to make sure you get these side quests done:

In Part One, you don't have to skip any of the cutscenes and just need to make sure you get these side quests done:
- Boar Hunt (Picked up in the Village)
- Shopping List & A Return to Shopping (Questline - Picked up in the Village. These quests will open up your Garden and allow you start planting flowers and crops. If you don't do these quests, you can purchase a book in Part Two of the game that will open up your Garden, it'll just be more expensive)
- Fisherman's Gambit Quests 1-5 (Picked up in Seafront)
With doing just those and focusing on completing the story quests, you can finish Part One in about 10 hours. Make two separate save files - one to act as your main story save, and one for the speedrun. Go through Endings A-C on your main save so you have a better idea of where to go and what to do in Part Two. When you're ready, reload your speedrun save and speed through Part Two (this can be done in about 1.5-2 hours). Since you've already seen everything in Part Two, you can skip all of the cutscenes and just go towards the red "X" at all times. You'll receive Ending A again, so make sure you do NOT overwrite your main story save.
As long as you're under 15 hours once you've reached the ending, the trophy will unlock.
