This was for the passenger Pauline Hoareau.
Popped for me when I chose the dialogue option "A vacation romance" early in the conversation.
In a previous case I did not select that option but encouraged her to fly to meet her new romance. I think just the first dialogue option matters but if it doesn't pop then go through with the rest of the conversation by encouraging her to buy a plane ticket.

This was buggy for me. It's the lady you pick up from the airport who is in love,sorry can't recall her name. First time I met her I encouraged her to take the flight etc. no achievement.
Second time I did the opposite , well as best as I could, as it plays out very similarly being evasive, shrugging etc. basically letting her make her own mind up and the achievement popped.
Not sure what did it, choosing a different option or simply meeting her again.

The passenger's name is PAULINE HOAREAU, she had a love-story with a woman and now she is wondering if going to London to meet her.
The first time I met her I didn't play along with her problem and I didn't get the achievement, the second time I choose "A vacation of romance" and got the achievement immediatly.
