Passenger: Mirreille Popovski

You need to stop at the bridge AND the cementery. I also went with her at the cementery and once we were back at the taxi I ask her about the suspect for the investigation. With all that you'll make it just in time for her to catch the train.

It was the Sandman's case, because she knows the main suspect.

I must have replayed this 5 or 6 times and still haven't met her, last one I need facepalm

Calex i have had great success finding suspects and those connected to them by visiting the gas station daily and talking to the clerk.

Thanks TheOnlyMatto only seeing this now but since the update you can just bide oyur time until she shows up in free roam mode!!!!!!

Couldn't find her, but when I updated the game there is a new mode called free roam. Appeared immediately and counted towards this!
