Unlocked description: You refused to listen to your boss' explanations.

Right at the start of a case (after you leave the hospital), you'll be back at your cab with your boss behind. At some point he'll try to explain the mechanics of the GPS. You need to refuse TWICE and the achievement will unlock.

Edit: Some comments mention unlocking the achievement after talking to Alexandre Leclerc. He's the main suspect in The Sandman case and his profile is left of your boss in the Passidex. That might be an alternative to unlock the achievement in case it's bugged for you.

I've done this, twice, and didn't get the achievement: maybe there are other requirements? Did you do anything else?

That's all I did. I always try to be polite but I don't think the previous chat has any impact. I did it in The Judge investigation, in case that's relevant. Does 'You refused to listen to your boss' explanations.' appear in your boss' profile?

I'm playing The Judge too, and yes, that line appears in the Passidex... could it be bugged? I've unlocked other achievements without issues. (I also tried a third time interrupting him when he starts to tell his company's story, no dice)

Didn't get around to trying this again but noticed this morning in my notifications on the computer it had unlocked so just seems a bit bugged.

Finally unlocked it... while talking to a completely unrelated character, on night 5 of the Angel of Death case. Pretty sure is just buggy, like many other achievements

Been trying to get this to unlock for a while now.
On my first playthru (the first case) I let him talk. After that I've been constantly interrupting and refusing and this thing just won't unlock.

I confirm that this achievement is buggy, I did it three times, twice in the judge and once in the Angel of Death case, still no achievement, I hope to get it at some point.
