He's gay and nervous to coming out to his co-workers. At some point in the conversation he'll ask you to stop the cab to throw up and the achievement will unlock.

figured it out. i found him on night 3 at the southern most gas station. Didn't look at any evidence and each night i talked to the gas station clerk (dunno if it helped or not but its the only time i ever have)
