Update 1.37 broke the dialogue path for this achievement but it's still fully obtainable. In the past versions of this game you could get this dialogue during your first conversation with a certain character, now you have to wait until your fourth dialogue with him.
The character in question is Christophe Lerien, a priest. He looks like this:

He will randomly spawn during any three of the cases, I haven't found one where he seems to appear more than others. You will have to pick him up on FOUR separate nights so if he doesn't spawn the first night I would try a new game just to give yourself as much time as possible.
The first night be as nice and supportive to him as possible, always answering yes whenever you can.
The second night do the same, making sure when you get the option to say "she's a widow" select that.
The third night repeat the same positive, supportive behaviour.
The fourth night say these options:
