Passenger: Hervè Graillou
He is one of the passenger that spawn in each cases, but in the case "Angel of death" he is one of the suspects, try to drive him every time you have a chance, during one of the conversation he will tell you that the police is chasing him. You have to ask him questions about it, ask him if he is involve in the serial killing, at this point he will tell you that he saw the profile of the killer, keep asking him about that and you will collect a new evidence and the achievement as well.
