On Day 6, you'll have to choose between hanging out with Gregg or Bea. Pick Gregg, and you will engage in a "knife fight".
You move your arm up an down with
and stab with 
. Your objective is to stab Gregg three times before he stabs you, to win a round. You'll need to win at least 3 of the 5 rounds to unlock the achievement.
It isn't really hard. Just actively pursue his hand and quickly push when he's at reach. If, for some reason, you lose, Hold 
when talking at the end of the fifth round, and when choosing "Continue" from the main menu, you'll be able to try again.

It wasn't that easy for me. And the 32 lines of moronic dialog I had to click through just to restart the fight was even worse.
