How to unlock the "...And that's all I need." achievement in NINJA BLADE - Definitive Guide

This is from X360a but is the best solution

To get this achievement you have to use just a single sword from your 3 available. Of course you can use Ninjutsu(just for Demi: you can use it for fires and OF COURSE enemies...), switch Swords to break a wall or grapple, but don't fight with other Swords. Difficulty Setting doesn't matter and is cumulative.

Here is a small list for an easy playthrough:
Mission 1: Stonerender
Mission 2: Stonerender
Mission 3: Stonerender
Mission 4: Dual Knives
Mission 5: Stonerender
Mission 6: Stonerender or Dual Knives
Mission 7: Stonerender
Mission 8: Ninja Blade
Mission 9: Stonerender(lvl5) or Ninja Blade

Just as an advisory, if you use the Stonerender/Moonlight Blade like EVERYONE suggests on the last mission, you will fail. You'll reduce Kanbé's health down to 0, and after that he will do nothing but dodge, it won't matter how much you hit him, how many times you break his guard, he cannot reach Todomé status unless you've been using the Ninja Blade. Clearly these guides don't come from experience all the time.

After all these years I am here to confirm:

- You can spam Ninjutsu as much as you want. They can hit and kill enemies without affecting the achievement.

- You can accidentally use other swords with cn_X or cn_Y, even hit enemies and reload the prior checkpoint successfully.

- Mission 09 can definitely be completed using only the Stonerender as long as it is at Level 5 (I'm not sure about lower levels).

And just an additional note, if you're using the Dual Knives for Mission 04 there is a section part of the way through where you have to destroy crates and containers to drop weight from the jet. There are a few that need to be broken with the Stonerender so make sure you clear all the enemies in there first.

Just complete all the levels using only one of your swords to attack (you can use the dual blades as a grappling hook and ninjutsu of course). Just wait until you finish the game and retry each level using only the Stonerender at its maximum level (except for the Stage 8 in wich you must use the Ninja Blade), and spam the X, X(hold the button then release it) combo for maximum damage.

Also a very good combo to use in mission 8 with the dragon blade is hold LT, then press X. It's very powerful and breaks through Kanbé's block easily. Also swith in between fights to your other swords to avoid the damage from the dragon blade. Lastly when he spams the black shadow guys stand in the middle and use your wind shuriken. Try and keep an eye on him as well though 'cause he might throw an electro-bolt at you.

Its best to use the Stonerender/Moon sword for all missions except mission 8, whereas you should only use the Ninja Blade.

I'd recommend doing this on Easy, and keeping track of which missions you've finished with only one sword.

Also, you can use Ninjutsu and the dual blades for grappling across openings....just be very careful and ensure you switch back to the weapon you're using for that level.

I've never seen easy as a difficulty option, does it unlock once you beat the game?
