Forget about hidden items and mojis. Just speed run the game.
Use the Heavy Hammer weapon to kill all the bosses!
For the spider round 2(when you have to break it's legs and you need to crack it's shell), if it's annoying you, just use your dual blades and perform RT+Y. Ken will jump in the air and does a spinning move. This will eventually kill him without cracking it's feets.
Don't forget to use your adrenaline for the spider, dies quicker.

Assuming you're coming back to do the speed run after finishing the game, it's a breeze with the Stonerender to smash the spiders legs and then the Ninja Blade to dish out the pain. Remember to use Ninja Vision too so you can smack him a lot of times in a short space of time. I managed it in 24minutes and that included spamming the pox giant at the start for the 'Perfect 10' achievement.

The key is being familiar with the bosses, so that you can defeat them quickly. Upgrading your weapons as much as possible will also be very helpful. I recommend using the Moonlight Sword (Level 5 Stonerender).
