After you have gotten all the 'Shinobi Moji' you can acces the secret area at the beginning of the level and claim the sword there, this ends the level and gets you the achievement.

Once you get all shinobi moji you'll be able to get the Moonlight Sword after you defeated the first Blastmite. After Kuroh held his little speech you regain control over Ken. Now head straight forward and turn left to the opening. There will be a passage. Go in acquire the weapon and the Mission ends.

while intermittently IMing and stupidly dying a whole lot the first run through, i got through mission 5 in 41minutes.
for the blast mites, just equip your stonerender sword (helps alot if its lvl 3 and above) and inbetween pounding fits, attack the mite to break its armor. Once the armor is broken, switch to your Twin Falcons and in between pounding fits, attack as much as you can. Doing this, each mite should only take about 2 to 3 minutes each.
the paths between them are linear and should not take you more than 5 minutes each. the Stalker Larva is quickly beaten by hitting back the exploding orbs it attacks you with, throwing a fire shruiken at it when the cyclone stops and quickly attacking it with Twin Falcons when it lays on the platform.
For the last part of the mission, jump over the fire boulders it shoots at you and attack with the stone render sword to push it back.
