even easier than finding one in first mission, is that there is a free bonus pack of costumes and emblems in the xbox live marketpplace :)
just select xbox live from the main title screen, download, then when you start the first mission voila achievement unlocked.

This worked perfectly. The DLC is still available for download as of 09/20/2021 even though the game itself is not.

There's a outfit hidden on the first mission. About half way through your master teaches you to how to jump while running along walls. Fall into the second pit and you'll see a crack in the wall - break it with the heavy sword and you'll find the Pinstripe Suit in a hidden room.
