There are 4 ninjutsu obtainable in the game.You'll get the first three during Missions 1-3 and the 4th by beating the game on hard.Just upgrade all 3 lvls on all 4 ninjutsu to unlock achievement.

Thanks for the post, because I max out all 3 and wondered where was the achievement. Now I know, and knowing how to get the 4th is something I do not plan on doing. That final chapter is a pain in the ass.

the final chapter is cake with a maxed out heavy sword.
