Getting the trophy is quite easy, I did it in Chapter 13 on the big staircase (we make a save beforehand), choose Wolf's scythe as a weapon (one of the best Ultimate Techniques in the game) and spam it on the ninjas running down. In one pass on the staircase we get about 50 to complete. We repeat the procedure by loading a previously created save.

In general, UT should be used in the game on small opponents such as spiders, skeletons or small bugs. We make a technique, move to the free space, immediately absorb the formed spheres, repeat the procedure. At low difficulty levels, you can easily do it on werewolves (a good place is the Colosseum after the first battle with Wolf).
