Story related… Cannot be missed. You will get this during Day 01 play through. After running away from a mass of enemies and projectiles, Ryu will be forced to kunai climb up a wall. To perform a kunai climb, simply start by running up the wall then press and hold both 
and 
to stick on the wall. Now alternate and without letting both buttons go. Press 
to kill the enemy who is shooting at you while climbing.
CyberEvil
The Kunai Climb is performed by running straight up a viable wall and pressing both 
and 
together. You will then need to alternate holding and release each trigger in turn to climb the wall. This is not missable in Story.
