This test is rather easy. The battle consists of two enemies: the red snake skeleton things and swarms of ghost fish. Equip the vigooran flails and just start swinging nonstop until all of the fish are completely dead. Use ultimate techniques or izuna drops to clean up the serpent things, but they shouldn't prove much of a problem with all the experience you've had fighting them by now. Completing this test yields nothing of signifigance in-game, although it does, of course, net you the achievement easily.

Worth pointing out, this is a little bit after you go down the stone steps after fighting the worms in the swamps in Chapter 10. Shortly after you will pass a shop and then go across a bridge, the TOV is next to the Save Point there.

For those interested in what the reward is: you get Grains of Spiritual Rice and some Yellow Essence for completing this test.
Edit: I used the lunar staff for this one with great success thanks to the OP 360 UTs. On warrior, the level 1 UT can kill the snake things most of the time. For the fish just spamming the Lunar’s Y attack works great too.
