The description is: Chose to continue the game 100 times.
I got this out of the blue while getting my ass kicked by one of the bosses.
Just keep continuing whe you die and it'll pop after 100 tries. My 100 continues were not all in one session. :)

If you think you're close, and wanna knock a few off the count, try killing Sonia at the start of the last level, as she is standing out out reach in front of her cage.
Just shoot her with an arrow and you'll get a 'game over'. Rinse, wash, repeat til you feel like moving on, or you pop the achievement.
Quicker and less traumatic (for you, maybe not Sonia. LOL.) than dying 100 times fighting one of the unholy bosses in the game. LOL.

Make that wash, rinse, repeat. I'm clean shaven, I know nothing of the process. LOL.
