How to unlock the Mastered Ultimate Technique achievement in NINJA GAIDEN II - Definitive Guide

Ultimate Technique simply means charge your weapon. Hold the Y button, and when you are charged, release. There are 2 levels of charge, and if you make contact with an enemy, you will unleash holy hell on them with a brutal, devastating combo.
