Not that hard of an achievement since it can be done on any difficulty.
The second Test of Valor is found during mission 4, in the same area as the ninja exhibit right after the save point and in the same area that you get the Dragon's Claw and Tiger's Fang. It's pretty hard to miss.
The way that I did it was to continuously use flying swallow (direction + Y while jumping). It finishes off the monsters in around 4 to 5 hits and is good for dodging the others that are attacking you. Continue using flying swallow until all of the monsters are dead. On normal they drop quite a few blue orbs so it's pretty easy to do with minimal to no health potions (I didn't use any). With a little bit of luck and some skill, this achievement should come easily.

Wanted to add that the reward for this test is a Talisman of Rebirth.
