When battling Elizebet, the strategy that worked for me is allowing my self to get to a corner of the room, and every time she dash attacked me it was easier to use the lunar staff and swipe at her, because she would always be close by. If she uses her blood attack, then use your art of the inferno, because it will act as a shield from the blood.

Easiest method (even on MN): Wait until Liz is doing her bloodcircle-thing and do a FS with the DragonSword. The moment she drops switch to the Flails and loop her with X...X...X
If done correctly, she won´t be able to get up.
