This is as simple as it sounds. Use Ninpo (Y+B), while having the Art of the Inazuma equipped. On Normal Difficulty, the Ninpo can be obtained in Chapter 12, The Aquaducts, after the fight with the electric worm boss (the single one, not the pair). This boss must be killed for progression, so simply ensure you pick up the glowing item it leaves behind. This may change on higher difficulties. If you want to grind this, the earliest place would be Chapter 15. After getting all of the pieces of the stone tablet, you will need to go to Twin Serpents Plaza to use it. On the way, go to Han's Bar and reach the Team Ninja monolith in the alley. Use your 5 Ninpo, then refill for free. Repeat until it pops. As this Ninpo is by far the most useful of them all, it is probable that across all playthroughs and mision mode that you will earn this achievement naturally.
