How to unlock the Inferno Master achievement in NINJA GAIDEN Σ - Definitive Guide

This is as simple as it sounds. Use Ninpo (Y+B), while having the Art of the Inferno equipped. On Normal Difficulty, the Ninpo can be bought from the first Muramasa statue you see (Chapter 2, just after you get the bow from Ayane). This may change on higher difficulties. If you want to grind this, the earliest place would be Chapter 4. In the Han's Bar area, if you wallrun along the alley on the right and get to the small high area with the Team Ninja monolith, you can use your 2 Ninpo, then use the machine to refill it for free. Repeat until it pops. If you are aiming for a 100% though, I would not do this, as you will use it in the story until you get Inazuma and in the mission mode, so it is likely to come naturally through enough play.

If playing on normal heres an easy way:
-save atleast 2 jewels of the demon seal (unless following a guide to level up all ninpo to max)
-on chapter 16, go to han's bar for the free-heal logo
-at this point you should have several ninpo between 3 and 5 casts. Make a save, level up desired ninpo spell to 3 - farm cast it using the logo to heal until you have it. If you have 5 ninpo casts, it doesn't take long.

It looks like Ninpo must be level 3 before it will start counting toward the achievement. I was trying to knock it out before my Master Ninja run by grinding at the Ch 18 team ninja sign and it would not pop. Level 3 Inazuma and Ice storm unlocked fine.

Inferno should be level 3 to start counting. Idk about the others though.

Thought it had bugged, i did the same on in with level 2. Thanks for the heads up.

In order for uses to count, you need to pump up the ninpo to level 3 using special spheres. This also applies to Ice Storm Master and Inazuma Master .

In fact, the description of the trophy is incorrect. you don't need to use magic on 100 opponents. You need to apply it 100 times.

Magic must be pumped up with spheres to the maximum - the third level. If younger doesn't work.

I specially wrote it down on a piece of paper; only full-fledged information is taken into account. That is, you need to press all the circles through the back panel. Of course, pumped to the maximum, where necessary.
