There are three Team NINJA logos hidden throughout the world. These monolith-like objects are very useful in a pinch since interacting with one will fully restore your health and ninpo gauge. Better still, they can be used an infinite number of times.
Their locations are as follows:
1) Chapter 4, outside of Han's bar. Across from the bar's entrance is a wall you can run jump up, as indicated by the blue lines. At the top is the Windmill Shuriken (depending on level) and the logo. Make a note of this location since you can return here any time while you're rummaging around the city.
2) Chapter 11, after fighting the two tanks, you can find it in the corner of the area.
3) Chapter 18, at the very top (or bottom depending on how you see it) of the Gates to Hell.
