This achievement can be earned in the tutorial room in the lab, You can use most of the tutorials to do ths, I choose the death glove skill tutorial. To help with the timing hold LT and wait for the circle of dots to turn purple and quickly press B, the timing window is very short. Also you can earn the champion achievement this way as well.
