After achievements for call from Sylvia, using toilet, and buying sushi, you'll enter a room with another short tutorial. When done, you'll return and the big door next to the sushi vendor will be marked with petals. Entering will take you to a boss battle. After beating Mr. Black Hole, this Achievement will pop after several cutscenes.
