How to unlock the Deathman achievement in No More Heroes 3 - Definitive Guide

After you complete the campaign, there will be a Deathman machine in your hotel room. Just go over to it and press cn_A to start, it should pop immediately.

You can actually obtain this achievement as early as after clearing Episode 9: Flesh and Blood. After that simply go to the 2nd Floor of Travis' hotel room and you'll be able to play Deathman by walking up to his TV and pressing cn_A.
