Inside the motel room (your home base) take the fireman's pole down to the lab.
Once in the LAB look for the Tutorial Room in the far right corner of the room. (Its under a set of stairs)
Once in the Tutorial Room go to the far right tutorial "Sushi" (The tutorial for this is only 2 button presses! We'll be done very fast.)
Once done, exit the Tutorial room!
Done!. Achievement will unlock.
not sure why the other guide suggests you do ALL tutorials?? Very big waste of time!, this is much better.

the training room appears after you clear episode 3: memory. it is in the Kab on the right side in the back. once you complete all 14 tutorials and leave the room the achievement will pop.
