In Episode 7, before you fight the boss, you'll fight a handful of Destroymen, which clearly won't be enough for the total.
In Episode 8, go back to the beachside area where you had that fight, there will be an extra mission marker in its place, where you fight 10 waves of Destroymen, just play that over again until you hit the total.
