Getting knocked out means getting a GIG OVER screen and choosing to Retry. This will, of course, impact your score at the end, so it's better to Restart the entire battle over. This type of trophy can be found for all of the major boss fights. As such, this similar trophy description can be found for each.

To obtain this trophy, you must defeat Sayu without losing all of your health. I am not sure if bugs or glitches will affect this trophy, but to be safe, I recommend doing this during your first encounter. If you do happen to get knocked out, you can select restart to try the fight again from the beginning and attempt this trophy again. I recommend equipping Zuke with the “One with the Universe” mod so he can heal himself during battle with a bar of his meter.
