No Straight Roads

After defeating a boss, you can go back to their district and access the fight again on different difficulties. PARRY difficulty should be immediately unlocked after beating the boss. The game gets a bit confusing here since numerous bugs and glitches allow you to do or not do certain things in each fight. The general idea seems to be that PARRY difficulty takes away your ranged shots and forces you to parry in order to deal damage to out of reach enemies. The other side of this is that more of the boss’ attacks can be parried now. Some attacks that you had to dodge before can now be parried for more damage. You can still hurt the boss with melee attacks if able, and you still have access to your mods and can apply stickers as well. I suggest keeping Zuke’s “One with the Universe” mod and Mayday’s “Pyurifying Water” mod so you can heal yourself during the fight. The game gets a bit weird here because sometimes you can still get ranged shots and use them (some mods require shots so this helps in a way, but makes me unsure of what the developers were trying to do with this mode/difficulty). There is also a lack of explanation on some fights since it appears that I could not melee Eve or Tatiana (bosses 5 and 6) for damage, and could only hurt them by parrying their attacks. This difficulty is still doable so you can go ahead and defeat all 6 bosses to obtain this trophy. Just be a bit patient as you try to work around the bugs/glitches in each fight to figure out what works.
