Technically, this and The Small One are missable as you would be required to gather the points during one run through the game and will run out of options to do so the further you proceed. But practically, you can still get them without replaying the whole game as described below.
Each time you turn left or right, you earn exactly one point. If you fail, you lose them all. So you must get the thousand points in one run. Take note that you will not get the trophy when you have the points, but at the next Game Over screen after reaching them.
Now normally, the task of taking a thousand turns without failure would be incredibly difficult, but luckily, you can trick the game in two different ways and the first and best possible level to do it is level 02. You can choose it via level select after you finished the first level. First way would be to just run in one of its two infinite loop sections until you have the points, preferably the larger, rectacular loop towards the end. This might prove difficult, though, as you get faster the longer you run. This method is not actually cheating as the game, well, it has those loops. You can even create your own loops by running off the track somewhere and landing on a different part of the track below. (For instance, running off the track to the left immediately after the first orb is a good spot for that.)
But there is a second method: getting stuck in a corner. This will probably happen a few times by accident, but if you want to force it, a good spot is after leaving the larger loop section towards the end of level 02. Leave the loop, then run right, left, left, right, left, left, right, then don't do anything and you should run against the side of the track. Turn right and you will get stuck in a corner. (Getting this right will depend on your speed, but it really works quite reliably.)
Once you are stuck in a corner, turn into the direction of the wall you are not looking at. Then turn back; repeat. Now you can turn left and right over and over again without leaving the corner. But be careful, if you do it too quickly, you will skip a direction and run out of the corner into failure. So don't rush it, stay in the corner until you have thousand points, then run off to get the trophy. I suggest trying this every time you get stuck accidentally and only doing it on purpose if you already beat the whole game.
You can also get unlucky and glide up above or down below the track if you get stuck too high or too low. Nothing you can do about it, it's just bad luck.

A clear way to get this trophy at level 2 using a bug in the game.

It may not work the first time - your character may be a little higher or a little lower - which will lead to a fall (be patient)

Personally, I couldn’t cope with the second level, but on the seventh I succeeded with a bang. Video guide (en)
In the second level, one way or another, you have to run a little to the place where the glitch is performed, but in the seventh level, the glitch can be performed immediately at the beginning of the race.
The main thing is to successfully jump off the platform and take the correct position, not too high and not too low. After some attempt, I learned to navigate by the rectangular figure ahead.
Every 100-200 points I paused the game to give my eyes a break. I made turns with the left stick, and with shifts I lost the desired rhythm more often, so I didn’t even bother with them.
In one of the attempts, my finger trembled and I broke the streak by 997 points. it was pain; (and in principle, one way or another, sooner or later, perhaps, most likely, this can happen to everyone.)
