Run up the path. You can skip the final loop by jumping off straight onto the section of path across the gap and following it to the right. (You can also run in a circle at the bottom of the stars twice to gain speed and the jump upstairs will be higher in which case you must turn left when you land instead, but this is unreliable and overall not worth the additional effort.)

The rest of the level winds a lot, so concentrate on precise timing. When you come up a short ramp and see the area with the green orbs slightly to the right across a wide gap, run straight on off the path, and turn left when you are above that area's exit, then immediately right. (You will reach the short section that is split in the middle very soon after this, just in case you have difficulty understanding the exact spot.) This way you skip a large, difficult part of the track.

Follow the path to its highest section which will lead you around a large loop with a lot of small gaps. Don't mind those, just run around until a new path appears where the orange orbs are floating. This is where you run into the end of the level and the game.
