First thing to do is to snap the achievement onto your screen to monitor if you go over the 60 seconds allowed. (You will know this has happened if the progress bar resets to 0% and you will have to begin back at the 1st Shotgun Universe screen and start again.)

Then start the Shotgun Universe set of levels as shown in my video but if you die or think you've taken too long on a particular screen just hit the

before entering the portal. This will take you back to that start of that screen but will also reset your time back to what it was when you first entered that particular screen basically giving you an infinite amount of retries to perfect the screen.

You do have to make sure you do not go over 60 seconds however as this resets the achievement progress bar which the

button trick cannot rectify so a rough mental not needs to be kept of how long you've taken each screen.

Just kept restarting everytime I didn't get through perfectly. Also the shortcut on the one level saves a ton of time. Not sure if you could do the 60 seconds without it.

Ah, my nemesis. I spent the majority of my completion time on this achievement alone. I did many runs that I felt were perfect and still no luck, but it was so rewarding to finish. Shotgun universe is the third world in the game, and only comprised of a few short sections.

Most of the sections in this world have shortcuts above the level rather than through it, and only after completing the game was I shown the shortcut below for the "digging" section. It seems you are actually able to bypass it completely, saving many seconds. Use the video below for your Speedrun, it will no doubt be the easiest way, much easier than digging through like I did.

You can snap the Achievements app to the side of the screen to watch your progress during your attempts for this. If you go over 60s the progress will reset to 0% so you can pause and go back to the level select area to retry. This should help avoid wasted time completing the level and only finding out then that you weren't successful.
