To unlock the ''Monster'' achievement, you need to get rid of the dog inside the junkyard (in Operation 5: Bolt Bucket). When you're facing the entrance of the compound, lift up the bulldozer BEFORE putting down the steak on the floor to distract the dog. Then, crush the dog with the bulldozer by lowering it down =(.
