#16 and #12 were the ones I had to look up. For some reason, I didn't once think to check the small area north of the warp that's close to the Big Gnarly.

The missing one for me was number 16, centre west, in a dungeon. One of the few that don't pop on the map, so that's a start for those who are stuck on 34/35

#3 is a really sneaky one also. Check there and #16 if you're missing any.

One more vote to suggest #16 just be added to the guide as most commonly missed

#19 is also easily missed, it took me forever to find it, since there was no reason to go the cave on lower left part of the map

16, everything else easily found during normal exploring.

Im glad I'm not the only one that didn't find 16

I somehow got 16 but missed 22....

I neglected to get the one directly east of the archery range and the one directly north of Octavia's Lab. Both completely out in the open. I just had to take a real close look at my map to see what I hadn't canvased.

Hrm. On 34/35 but got 16. Also tried 33. Anyone know of any others that don't appear on the map?

#3 was the one I was missing, even if you think you finished that cave, there is a small mouse path there...

#16 and #25 for me. Somehow I missed that tiny section of water.

I found them all but the achievement still didn’t even unlock for me I even finished the in game quest for finding them all but nothing

i got a save with 34/35 mana faeries right next to the last one... if anyone missing it

I was missing #16 and three others that were tucked away in unexplored corners. Definitely remove all the yellow green sections of the map as you go even if they're dead ends.

3, 16 & 19 were the ones that I couldn't find, all of which doesn't show on the map, here's the directions from the guide:

3. To the North-East of the Grand Castle, you'll find a cave with a treasure chest in it. Behind the treasure chest is a small space for a rat to get through. Go through this path to find this Fairy.

16. Head North-West from the Ancient Robot Dungeon. On your way, you'll find a cave that if you go into has a save rock and a locked staircase. Instead, walk around to the back of this cave and enter through the hidden back entrance. Make your way through this linear dungeon to find this Fairy.
(The secret entrance is literally where the X is shown on the map)

19.After obtaining a flying/swimming transformation head to the radioactive town in the South-West region of the map. Head south turning into the Ghost to float over the oil lake. Head as far South-West as you can and you'll find a small beach with a lone person and a cave. Head inside this cave to find the Fairy.
