The League of Wizards can be found in the Lower Cursed Hills down in the bottom right hand corner of the map. This area is accessible once you've saved the Knights guild and the gates have opened. To become an Acolyte of the guild it's just a case of finding their location and speaking to the leader. After all you already have a wand!

After completing the Grand Castle Legendary Dungeon, you'll have access to the east and west. Head to the east to find the New League of Wizards building in the southeast. Head inside and talk to the leader to be admitted, unlocking this achievement.
