This one is story based. You’ll unlock it after clearing the quest to obtain 2 more gem pieces and returning to Octavia’s lab. So this is obtained after getting 3 total gem pieces.

You'll need to complete the first three dungeons to obtain the first three Gem Shards:

Grand Castle (Castle Crasher (15G))
Witch Queen Catacombs (Crypt Cleaner (15G))
Ancient Robot (Did you try turning it off and on again? (15G))

Once you've gotten all three Gem Shards, you'll get an objective to head to Octavia's Lab. Do so, and after the story dialogue is done this achievement will unlock.
