Holding LB opens your quest wheel. Take your time because you will need to complete all of these before being gaining enough stars through this tutorial to be able to 'escape the dungeon'. Gnawing will fill the poison gauge to light up purple before the enemy is considered 'poisoned' and can be eaten for one of the quests. If you somehow run out of enemies you can repeat the dungeon.

Story-related; cannot be missed.

Nostramagu's basement is the first dungeon in the game and serves as the tutorial for the game. Follow the tutorial and objectives, kill enemies, and when you get out you'll unlock this achievement.
