Following the first investigation, you return home. Check the Hestia on top of the ceiling and interact with it.

After the first murder scene you'll be in Jame's appartment. Hanging from the ceiling is the answer machine. I found the best way to target this is to stand half way up the staira at the other end of the appartment to the entrance (the ones leading to youe bed), once you examine it the message starts and the trophy pops.
