First you need to take the scotch from the Icarus' safe.
Chapter Streets: While in your car examine the bottles on the passenger seat, then take the Scotch and drink it to unlock the achievment.

At the end of the Icarus scene you'll be presented with a choice to take the Scotch or leave it to burn. You MUST take the drink.
In the next scene you'll be on your cars bonnet. After a while James gets back in the car. Look to your right and select the bottles. Choose Scotch and when James starts to drink it, the trophy pops.
