When you are at Sara's home (museum) progress until she opens the door to the bedroom.
On the bed there is a book (Chicken of Justice). Check the back and you see two kind of chicken, one with just the outline (day chicken) and one that is filled in (night chicken). You need to turn on the lights at the locations of the day chickens and turn them off where the night chickens are.
First chicken is in the bedroom itself (turn lamp off), the second to the left when you leave the bedroom (turn light on), another one to the other side near the stairs (turn light off) and a final one near the shelves where you entered Sara's home (turn light on).
You then should hear a sound near the last location, a gate in front of some stairs opened. Walk up the stairs, go to your left, interact with the curtain and examine the chicken.

Worth noting that if you accidently exhaust the dialog with Sara before doing this, you could get locked out and miss the achievement. To avoid that, once she opens the bedroom for you, just ignore her until after you've solved the puzzle. This also opens up new dialog lines with her.
