Here is a screenshot with all items circled. For this achievement, simply find all items and finish the puzzle within one minute. You should be able to complete this puzzle with time left over if following this solution.
Note: There are 2 items, a Yin-Yang and a Boat, that have two interactions. The Yin-Yang is highlighted in light blue. You must pick up the pencil, then use it to draw the other half of the Yin-Yang symbol, then click on the completed Yin-Yang to collect it. The Boat is highlighted in red, and you must pick up the sail and place it on the boat up on the shelf, and then click on the completed Boat to collect it.

FYI - This is a great puzzle to get 4 achievements done at once. If you complete this puzzle while selecting 3 items within 3 seconds (such as the Medicine, Cup and Matches as they are all very close together), do not make any mistakes, and do not use any hints, you will also receive the following 3 achievements:

A minute may seem pretty tight but there are quite a few very easy HOPs in this game. The easiest one is an early HOP where you have to find 12 bottle openers, since they're all really big and easy to spot. Aside from going in guns blazing, another option is to essentially do the same thing as option 2 above in the "Steady Hand" achievement solution: find all the objects without clicking on the last one, then dashboard out of the game, reload it, then blast through the HOP now that you know where the items are. Note this only works for the HOPs where the items are fixed and not randomized. If the objects are listed as words along the bottom of the screen, it's a randomized one. The ones with the object silhouettes are not randomized and will be the same every time.
