Not that this really requires a solution, but I figure I would explain the achievement requirement since the achievement descriptions in this game are very cryptic.
The achievement is unlocked by simply scoring 100 points. This shouldn't take very long. After killing a few enemies, you should have it unlocked.

You dont even need to kill any enemies, Just shoot 100 times and the achievment will unlock

I can confirm firing 100 bullets is enough to unlock this.
