Not that this really requires a solution, but I figure I would explain the achievement requirement since the achievement descriptions in this game are very cryptic.
This achievement is unlocked for reaching a combo multiplier of 10.
This should come naturally as you play, especially if you find a room with a swarm of bugs. They are quick and easy to kill and will often spawn in groups of 10 or more.
You need to kill an enemy to increase your combo number, but you can prevent your combo meter from depleting by simply attacking an enemy.
